Yuly Betancur is a Customer Service Agent in the Commercial Lines Division. She joined our team in May 2025 and is currently working toward obtaining her 2-20 insurance license. Yuly brings over 15 years of customer service experience and several years of insurance industry expertise. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside of work, Yuly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, visiting parks, exploring Florida’s natural springs, and playing sports—especially volleyball.
